The black arrow points to the rivet which should have been drilled in line with the others and more importantly it should have been slightly further away from the rib flange. Van's confirmed that it was acceptable.
The red arrow points to a hole drilled in the wrong place on the other side of the rib. Again Van's confirmed it was acceptable and to set an AN 4 rivet in the discarded hole.
