For a couple of months the method of preparing the Side Skins was a problem that needed working out. Cleaning with Phosphoric Acid, washing, drying, Alocroming, washing and drying was to difficult to do inside. Then suddenly the lilly pond safety structure which stopped children drowing in the ponds was no longer required. Coupled with a week of excellent weather the problem was solved. Nine skins were prepared on this structure and it worked very well.
The only draw back was that the goldfish and newts will become the main menu for the pesty herons.
