The fully assembled fuselage was taken apart prior to corrosion treatment of all the parts.
A long couple of months of preparation, corrosion treatment, powder coating and painting resulted in the majority of parts ready to go for the final assembly. Some parts which have been corrosion treated will be part painted later ie, the seat rib assembly was all corrosion treated to produce a tight fit, only parts visible in the cabin and vulnerable to wear and tear will be painted with the primer; this is an extremely hard finish which is knock resistant and cleanable with Acetone.
