Brief Description: Construction class in Boone, IA
Flew C-210 to Boone, IA to W&C Aircraft Works. We worked with Keith Robinson and built the airfoil kit from Vans Aircraft. We learned how to prepare all materials, rivet, and close out airfoils.
We encountered several weather in Kansas City and had to divert to TOP for 2 hours. We then flew into MKC to pick up Mac Rosel and headed north to Boone.
