I updrilled and tapped the holes in the bow. After reading of other builders problems with this (taps breaking off .. etc) I went slow and careful. I trimmed the back of the windshield and filed it smooth. I mounted it and put in all the front and back screws .. and then drilled the holes for the side screws. Then I took it back off and countersunk the holes in the Lexan. I got started on re-installing it. No need to dimple the side panels .. the screws pull it right down into the countersink on the Lexan.
