Brief Description: Match drill the skin and rivet stiffners
Match drilled all the rivet holes. Deburred and dimpled the skin and stiffners. deburred and dimpled the remaining parts. Riveted on the Stiffners. I made a bending break from some 1 1/2 " MDF board , a hardwood edge and some door hinges I had around the house. The skin is bent around a 1/8" dowl to prevent it from crimping. This has to be done after you rivet on the stiffners. Otherwise you won't be able to get the rivet gun into the trailing edge. The bend turned out reall nice. Now its ready to prime and rivet the skeleton. I will move on to the left elevator so I can prime everything at once.
