Today I disassembled my bending brake and rebuilt it without the MDF form block in order to acheive the greater than 90 degree bends. this still didnt work for me, so used the mdf i removed to make the bending leaf more effective. Hard to explain - see photos....
Have now finished bending all of the spars for the wings, ailerons and flaps.
