Lots of fimnishing up today. I made new hinge pins for the bottom of the lower cowl and installed them. I riveted in nutplates for the lateral hinge pins that connect the upper and lower cowls. I installed the upper cowl and completely fastened it to the lower cowl. I cleaned off the channel for the p-seal with sand paper, washed with alcohol and then installed the canopy p-seal. Tomorrow I think I will go get the insurance, clean the canopy inside and out. clean the rear window and both tip lens covers. After thgis is done, I am ready for taxi testing and the likes. The gearleg and wheel fairings will be at a later date. It's time to get this baby in the air and have some fun.
