Carlos showed up and we tried bypassing the EXPBuss to see if it was affecting the ignition. It wasn't. I had Carlos take a look at the ECM board and test whatever he could. No results. I guess it's time to buck up for a new ECM. OOOOHHHH the pain in my wallet.
