Worked 7 1/2 hrs over the last 3 days. Positionned the flap in the opening and clamp in place. Ensure that it is square and flush with the bottom of the wing and the trail edge. Then drill the hinge for the AN4 bolt. After that, positionned, drilled and clecoed the flap nose skin. Mark the 2 hinge openings and cut them with my Dremel tool. Rivet the bottom side of the nose skin and leave the other side clecoed and ready for the inspection.
