I traced all the lines on the nose and rear flap skin's. Then I made a wood block made out of a 2 X 4 that is the same shape of the flap to help me in the drilling process. I predrilled the 2 skins with 3/32 holes. After that, I positionned the rear skin on the flap frame, aligned the rib(center line on the rib must be seen through the holes) and clamp it with the right dimension. 321mm from the rear edge of the skin to the front edge of the spar.
