Spent the day with my friend Pierre. We positionned the top skin over the frame. The skin was already predrilled so I just aligned the holes with the rib and stringers then drill all 3/32 holes then enlarged to 1/8 diameter. I saved a lot of time measuring and tracing lines. Deburred everything.
