Having done the pilot side sliding canopy already the co-pilot side went relatively quickly but was still fiddly and time-consuming. The black strip you see in the bottom picture is some self-sticking automotive edge trim that I bought and installed to cover the trimmed edge of the Lexan. It fits nicely into place, serves a useful purpose, and looks good.
