The cabin window Lexan pieces came pre-cut to shape. I installed the pilot side one relatively quickly, drilling the 1/8" holes and clecoing it in place from the outside. Then I realized that, of course, to get the sliding canopy to run by it I would have to put the clecos through from the inside. Even then the cleco tips at the bottom corner interfered with the aft brace of the sliding canopy so I put some rivets in at that location as shown in the bottom photo.
