Installing the Windshield took place over four sessions and required some assistance from my brother, Doug. The Lexan piece came cut to shape and required very little trimming, just at the lower aft corners. I found that the manual was confusing regarding the size of rivets that are to be used. I decided to first drill and cleco the leading edge of the windshield to the nose deck using 1/8" drill and clecos. These I later drilled out to 3/16", once I had the windshield nicely fitted into place. Along the trailing edge of the windshield and the aluminum support tube I used just the 1/8" drill and clecos
