Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer final finishes
In checking the horizontal stabilizers for bolt torques, cable fastening, etc I noticed that the two inboard hinges, one on each side, were fastened with AN4-20 bolts that did not fully tighten. I suspect that there is a problem with the nutplates that are rivetted inside the stabilizers to the trailing edge aluminum tubes. But the bolts are not turning loosely, they are secure, so I will not do anything more at this point. On each stabilizer the other two hinge fastening bolts did torque up properly.
