Securing all the bolts in the Vertical Fin required some disassembly at the forward edge when I discovered that the Tail-Wing Cable securing AN4-55 bolt was loose. It is a real bugger to get this very long bolt to fit properly down into the boom tube, taking a lot of fiddling and patience. But eventually I got it. Then I had to resecure the forward ends of each cable to the wings (Chapter 59 page 6). This was impossible at first due to the precise length of the cables and fittings. I solved it by running a strap from each wing's outer strut to the tail wheel assembly and racheted it a bit. Voila... just enough movement to get the wing bolts into place. This whole exercise took four, albeit short, sessions.
