Brief Description: Avionics - Dynon modules installations - Take 2
After initially bolting the Dynon electronic modules in place on the Wiring Harness Tray it became apparent that the set-up was too crowded. But, more importantly the ADAHRS unit would be angled down as opposed to being level in level flight. According to the Dynon installation manual this is critical. So over five work sessions I extended the tray forward with some thin aluminum sheet, flat bar and angle bar. The supports that came up from the Cabin Heater were re-used after some creative bending and lengthening. Using thin sheet allowed the tray to be bent upwards to allow the ADAHRS module to angle up to what should be a level position in level flight.
