Brief Description: Frise Ailerons - final finishing
When I installed the Eyebolts for the Frise Ailerons I was surprised to realize that I had Nut Plates installed already under the fabric whereas the `new` manual instructs you to install normal Lock Nuts here. The Nut Plates must have come about because when I installed them I was trying to bridge the gap in knowledge between the old manual for the old style ailerons and the new manual which I didn`t have in hand yet. Anyway I decided to leave the Nut Plates in place. Perhaps I will sit thin Lock Nuts on top at a later date to cap the bolt ends. The Gap Seals I did not install at this time and moved ahead with installing the Horn Mount Angles, the Control Horns and the Tie Rod Assemblies. The Right Aileron I mounted onto the Right Wing which was sitting conveniently nearby in rotating jig.
