The Flaps were Poly-Sprayed (two of three cross-coats) some time ago. Today I opened up the hinge holes in the trailing edges and installed three hinges per flap plus the Torque Tube Horn. The Gap Seals I am going to worry about at a later date, so I installed one of the Flaps onto the Right Wing in the semi-complete form. 15 August update: with additionally ordered saddles in hand now I installed them on the Flap Torque Horns.
