I was planning to jump right into Chapter 33.1 "Rudder Final Finishes" but found out that I had to go way back to Chapter 11.3 "Pre-Paint Rudder Install" first... I kind of remembering skipping over this section some months ago. Basically it involves installing the hinges to allow mounting the Rudder to the Vertical Stabilizer, and mounting the Gaps Seals which I left for another day.
