Brief Description:  Wings - Left Wing Poly-Spraying

Over three days I applied two of the necessary three cross-coats of the Poly-Spray to both sides of the Left Wing. Containing aluminum pigment this formulation protects the fabric from the UV rays of the sun.
While I had this wing in such a good position to work on I decided to install the two Strut Plates (Leading Edge and Trailing Edge) and roughly run in the Wing Light wiring harness and the tubing for the Pitot Tube and for the AOA. To install the wires and tubing I had to first drill a 1 1/2" hole in the wood of the Wing Rib Inboard and use an electric knife to cut out two of the Inspection Holes in the bottomside wing fabric. Then with a 10 foot length of 1/2" metal electrical conduit as a tool to support the wires and tubes temporarily I fed them in from the Wing Rib Inboard until I could grab them at the outboard Inspection Hole. I will worry later about how to get the wingtip wiring from that hole the rest of the way to the wingtip.
