Brief Description:  Radiator installation - hoses

So the 'pre-formed' hose for the co-pilot side (rad to engine) fit on at both ends quite well as the rad end was appropriately expanded in diameter. I just played with it a bit and then cut it to length to suit. I used a #24 clamp on the rad side, not the #16 called for in the manual as there is no way the latter was big enough.
For whatever reason the 'pre-formed' hose for the pilot side does not come with an expanded radiator end. Numerous calls to the PA factory verified that 'that is that' and I had to expand it myself and cut the hose to length to suit. So I did, using a heat gun and a set of pliers jammed into the hose as shown in the photo. My gut tells me that this is not the right way to do this. I'll be keeping a watchful eye on this connection in the future.
The second photo shows the pilot side hose in place and cut into two pieces. The aluminum tee pieces for the the Cabin Heater Hoses will be inserted between the two sections on both sides.
