After ordering and receiving some additional carpeting from PA and finding some 3/8" bungie cord (15 feet?) in a big box hardware store I finally finished off the Cargo Panels. While it isn't described in the manual I decided to cut a notch for the 5/8" ID fuel tank vent hose as shown in the first photo below. This will allow the vent to go straight up to a high point in the Turtle Deck.
