Brief Description:  Seat & Floor Pans - checking

Lots of parts to order here to get the Seat Backs installed properly per the new manual so this work took place in two sessions over two weeks. From PA I ordered a bunch of Fender Washers #FW100-14, 1" Tube Connectors and 1-3/4" Standoffs.
The manual calls for AN4-26A bolts to secure Seat Bases between the Cockpit Tubes on the outboard sides. Easy enough to say and do if the aluminum frame is not yet in the hull. However, mine is definately already in the hull and I know it is impossible to get a '26' in there, or out again if you ever need to do it. A '24' is too short as it doesn't catch the Threaded Insert inside the Seat Bases. A '25' is just right but still takes a lot of time, opening up of holes, back pain and cussing to get in place.
When installing the Seat Back Stop Tubes I found that the outboard ones were so short that the plastic tangs of the 1" Tube Connectors has to be cut off to allow the End Caps to be installed. It is pretty tricky to get the hole drilled for the SBL4-4 rivet so that it doesn't hit the #S75-10 Sheet Metal Screw inside but still catch the Tube Connector... good luck!
The Seat Base and Back Panel carpets went in no problem as did the Seat Belts.
