I finally managed to purchase wire pliers and wire so was able to complete step 22 of Section 5 where the Rudder Cable Sleeves are wired at their exit from the hull. I had to Google 'wire pliers' to learn how these things work as they didn't come with instructions. One more life lesson stored away. I then used some Clear Wood Preservative to paint with two coats the cargo panels and the two 2x4 blocks that will support their aft ends. I am not sure what elevation I will actually mount these panels at as I noticed the forward portion of the port side panel seems to lie right on top of the fuel tank fittings when I placed the support end of the panel onto the aluminum Fuel Tank Angle Forward. Maybe a good look at a production Searey LSA at Oshkosh in a few weeks will give me some insight.
