Brief Description: Aft Cockpit - checking before inspection
In preparing for the pre-cover inspection by the government inspector I am going over all areas that will be covered in the future, cleaning the aluminum, checking & marking bolt torques, and signing off my manual page by page. Kai did this task for me for the aft cockpit, checking and letting me sign off the trim actuator, elevator push-pull tube and rudder pulleys & cables, Thankfully he is quite bright and figured out the rather confusing manual instructions as he identified the parts, torqued the bolts and reported back to me. He even managed to identify one bolt too short in length that I had installed and he didn't let me let it pass.
