Brief Description: Assembling Wing Frame - stbd - leading cuff
During this past week I have been able to get into the hangar before going to work, during lunch hour and after work most days so have made quite a bit of progress on installing the Leading Edge cuff on the starboard wing frame. This is fairly straight forward but takes time and a little nerve as drilling all those rivet holes through the cuff and into the ribs takes good measurement & marking and confidence in what your are doing. The instructions say to install Cleco's in all the holes before riveting but since this would take about 50 of the little buggers and I only have 15 I installed enought to know that I was on the correct path and that all was firmly in place before starting to rivet.
