Before installing the aluminum Trailing Edge Cuff you need to ensure that the FRP Wing Tip has been trimmed back to match the Wing Spar Trailing Edge. Otherwise you will get the mess shown in the photo below. The underside looks even worse as the holes in the Trailing Edge Cuff there are 3/4".
