Brief Description:  Assembling Wing Frame - stbd - ribs

OK... there is a lot of work in assembling each Wing Frame, but if you organize yourself well, have lots of workspace and pay a little heed to my tips you should do OK.
First off... Figure 17 is WRONG! If you are not an engineer or draftsmen this comment might fly right by you but pay heed anyway... the dimensions should be shown parallel to the Wing Spar Leading Edge LSA not as shown parallel to Wing Spar Trailing Edge LSX. If you don't understand this seeming nitpicking detail go talk to a draftsman or engineer friend.
Step 20 is rather vague about exactly where you position the Wing Ribs on the Wing Spar Trailing Edge LSX. Image 1 below shows where I put them. My gut feel is you can't really make a mistake if you had the gumption to get this far.
In step 23 you are told to drill and cleco Wing Rib Upper #10 at the 158-3/4" position. Because I knew the Figure 17 drawing was wrong I didn't, instead I taped it and carried on. After all is said and done I can tell you that this dimension is correct as long as you measure it along, not parallel to, Wing Spar Leading Edge LSA.
The Wing Cuff Support Angle installation went without trouble though the rather flimsy piece of light aluminium angle with pre-punched holes caused my heart to flutter everytime I moved it.
Step 28 is shown in Image 3 below once the Wing Frame was flipped over. From there it was straight forward to add the lower ribs and Wing Support Ribs and Tie Wraps (though I did tighten one too much prematurely and had to cut it out, then begged PA to send me a spare as there are no extras supplied in the kit).
