Brief Description:  Installation of air frame into hull - completion

Moving on from step 20 (using Aft Hull Mount Angles to secure frame to hull) I decided to skip step 22 (securing the Rudder Cable Sleeves) for two reasons: one, I didn't have any safety wire and two, I thought it was premature to be securing the cables this early in the build. On the latter point I was right on the mark as later in the day, when installing the pulley in Section 7 step 2, it became obvious that the Rudder Cables should be under the Main Bulkhead, not through it, and had to be taken out and re-threaded.
Assembling the Rubber Seal for the Elevator Push-Pull Tube to the Transom Retaining Ring was easy back in my warm apartment. However, I didn't do a clean job of piercing the screw holes in the seal so the installation using the four sheet metal screws was awkard as the rubber seal caught the threads. Oh well, hopefully all the caulking I squirted in will keep the water out.
Once Bruce and I figured out which end was which on the very long Elevator Push-Pull Tube its installation (steps 26 - 28) including the Guide and the Oversleeve went smoothly.
