Brief Description:  Rudder/Throttle assembly part 6

With the time coming nigh to insert the aluminum frame in the FRP hull for the final time I started checking all my previous work, cleaning the parts labels off and torquing and marking all the bolts.
I used Varsol paint thinner, a thin bladed spatula, the scouring pad that came with the KeelGuard and a cloth to do the clean up and they worked well on both the aluminum and FRP parts; removing linseed oil, labels, torque seal and red marking pen without scratching either the aluminum or the FRP gel coat.
I replaced the two temporary AN5-34A bolts that I had installed in step 4.2 and 10.3 previously with the drillled AN5-34 bolts that I had ordered from Aircraft Spruce.
As the aluminum frame is still not in the FRP hull yet I continued to skip over step 15, connecting the Elevator Push-Pull Tube.
I replaced the two temporary AN3-05A bolts that I hand installed in step 19 with the drilled AN3-05 bolts that I had ordered from Progressive Aerodyne (and duplicated in an order with Aircraft Spruce).
Step 21, installing the Rudder Pedal springs, I skipped over again because the frame is not yet in the hull.
Steps 22 - 27 I left the final assembling and checking for later, when I have the second Aileron Control Stop and the drilled AN4-24 bolt for step 25.
I checked step 25, Battery Hold-down installation, and called it a day
