I put my newly constructed large assembly table to use working on the rudder frame. This is a relatively straight forward build following the instructions and the helpful assembly diagram on Section 11 page 3. I found step 3.1 where it talks about doing the setup twice with two different size holes confusing and ended up with two Threaded Insert/Tube Connector assemblies both having 1/4" holes. No harm done, but you want one assembly with the original 3/16" hole and then for the second assembly used in step 3.5 you drill it, and only it, out to 1/4" for the AN4-15A bolt. For step 4.1 you have to slot the plastic tube connector to allow it to slip into position inside the Bottom, Rudder Trailing Edge past a nutplate rivet. I did this by drilling a 1/4" hole into one side of the plastic connector and then using a Dremel to cut out the offending plastic. Looks ugly but works and is inside the tube sight unseen.
