Brief Description: Installation of the battery hold down
My kit did not come with the battery hold down parts described in Section 10 step 28 except for the Battery Mount Strap (#7410-003), nor did it have any instructions on how to mount the battery otherwise. Looking through other builders' logs I can see how it was supposed to be done, but I liked the look and functionality of the LSA brackets so ordered the Battery Mount Bracket (#7410-009) and the Battery Brace (#7410-008). It was not clear to me where the AN3-13A bolts were to be located as the holes were not pre-drilled as the instructions seemed to suggest. The photo below shows where I put them. I needed to add two AN3 washers per bolts. All in all it looks pretty good.
