Brief Description: Rudder/Throttle assembly part 5
With the temperature a balmy 15C inside the hangar I took advantage of the unusual winter situation to finish Step 20 and glue the rudder pedal Rubber Foot Pads part #2720-043 onto their pedal foot rests. I made sure to let the LePage Heavy Duty Contact Cement set up on both the four metal foot rests and their rubber pads for about 20 minutes first and then they stuck together like super-magnets. No need for any clamps at all, even for the part of the pads that curls over the top of the rests. Thanks to build logger Scott down in Florida for that tip.
