Ok enough dillydallying! Time to cut the FRP hull! I assembled the right tools and followed the instructions exactly, and everything turned out just fine cutting the hull transom holes. Finding the vertical centre line took a bit of trial and error as it is a little difficult to determine exactly where the edge of anything is to measure from, same with the horizontal line of the flange. But measure twice and cut once, and all is well. I didn't really know how to cut the 3/32" wide slots to the 1/4" cable holes so first marked a line then drilled some 3/32" holes along it. Then I ran the jigsaw from hole to hole and kinda fumbled my way to completion. Looks ok from the bow ;-) Section 5 Step 5 calls for the installation of the two Drain Plugs part #5330-025... not in the kit or the inventory sheets. Come on PA! You were doing pretty good up until now.
