Brief Description:  Front Landing Gear and Throttle rod clearance

Since installing the Throttle bar, I have been concerned about the clearance between it and the front landing gear tube/strut. It had been difficult to see before as I could not compress the strut with the bungee in place.

I need to take the thing apart again anyways because 1) I need to install the rivnuts for the bungee cover without the strut in place and 2) I need to isstall something to protect the bungee behind the strut - the back of the bungee comes in contact with rivets on the side of the LG braces when the wheel (and rudder) is turned to full extention in both directions. I will install some smooth aluminim to cover the rivets.

The real problem is, the landing gear strut actually contacts the throttle rod. When turned hard either way, the partial circle part on top of the strut actually overlaps the throttle rod slightly. This cannot be sustainable and I have requested some assistance from Skykits hoping there is a solution that does not involve drilling out a large number of rivets. That would be dissapointing.
