Today I continued working on the avionics shelf. First I finished the tray for the com and nav radios. I attached K1000-08 plate nuts to the trays and then riveted all the trays together. I also cut four squares out of each tray to lighten them and to provide more cooling airflow for the radios. I then moved on to drilling the mounting holes for the avionics shelf and began installing the K1000-08 nutplates to hold it to the fuselage.
