I mounted the CS Prop Governor CT bearin and appropriate washers, spacers and Lock nut. You need to make sure the Spacers are on both sides of the swivel joint to allow the bearing to freely swivel if needed. In picture three of the Carburetor you can see that I removed the original spacer that was required in the plans. Something just didn't look right and I had a little bit of rubbing inside the cable when pulled through the entire throw. What I think the plans assumes is that you have a carb with the throttle arm close to the body and the spacer lines up the cable. In my case this pushed the cable out of wach causing a miss alighnment. I removed the long spacer and installed one small steel spacer and it lined up perfect and also now the cable feels good through the entire throw.
