Brief Description: Fitting the Horizontal Stabilizer
Fit the empennage on the deck by clamping it to the aft fuselage deck. The stab needs to be parallel to the longeron. You check this by running a tape from the outboard leading edge of the Stab to a point on the firewall in the same location both sides. When these two marks are equal and the Horizontal stab is centered, clamp it and start the drilling.
