Aligned the Elevator and clamped them to the Horizontal stab. Find the horn that is further back and drill a pilot hole 1/2" back 3/8" up per the plans. Then mount the elevator back on and cut a block of Aluminum or hardwood to fit in between the horns and match drill it with the other. Open the hole up to fit the AN3-14A bolt.
