Installed the Vertical stabilizer to the fuselage by clamping it at the bottom of the bulkhead and the Rear spar. Take measurements from the tip of the vertical stab to both tips of the horizontal stab. Adjust the vert stab until the measurements are equal and the stab is truly vertical. I used the level to check the stab at the rear of the Vertical stabilizer. I came out real close. See DWG 27A View A-A for the correct hight. Clamped the front spar to the F-781 attach plate. The plas say if the Front spar is more rearward that the vertical spar can be mounted to the rear of the F-781 plate. This is how mine came out so I went with it. Remember that there is a built in Joggle to the Left (1/8") of the centerline on the Verticle stabilizer. DON'T take that out by moving the stab.
Placed a thin piece of wood for a straight edge for measuring the hight.
