I drilled the hole in fuselage to fit the Tie Down bar. This is a 5/8" hole which may require some fitting once the bar is in place. Marked and drilled the rivet holes that attaches the F-712E Tie-down bar to the bulkhead. Draw centerlines on the aft surface of the F-712E bar and insert it into the fuselage. Adjust the centerlines until they fall in the center of the holes drilled in the bulkhead. Clamp and drill the bar using the drilled holes as guides.
Tapped the hole to receive the Eyebolt
Used centerline to line it up then match drilled the holes from the backside.
