Brief Description:  Rudder Pedals

Cut the F-1235A Inboard Rudder Pedal Block and the two F-1235B Outboard Rudder Pedal Blocks per figure 1 page 28iS/U-02 and marked the split parts for reassembly. Clamped the WD-01206-1 Rudder Pedals using the F-1235A & B Rudder Pedal Blocks as shown in Figure 2 same page after installing the AN3-22A and washers and bolts temporarily to hold. Slid the WD-1211-L & -R Brake Pedal Torque Tubes into the WD-01206-1 Rudder Pedals per figure 3 same page. With the F-1235A & B Rudder Pedal Blocks flush against the work surface, locked the neutral position by inserting a WD-1211-L Brake Pedal Torque into both the WD-01206-1 Rudder Pedals per figure 3. Temporarily attached the BRAKE MAST.CYL.RIGHT-1 & LEFT-1 to the WD-01206-1 Rudder Pedals and WD-1211-L & -R Brake Pedal Torque Tubes per figure 4 same page. Slide the WD-1209 Brake Pedals over the WD-1211-L & -R Brake Pedal Torque Tubes and against the WD-01206-1 Rudder Pedals per figure 4. Used a square and level to make sure the WD-1209 were vertical then clamped the brake pedals to the rudder pedals per same figure. Match drilled #30 the 1/8 hole in one side of the brake pedals into the underlying WD-1211-L & -R Brake Pedal Torque Tubes. Cleco'ed then match drilled the other side. Drilled #12 all the way through the holes in both sides of the WD-1209 Brake Pedals and WD-1211-L & -R Brake Pedal Torque Tubs, then final drilled all the way through 1/4. Marked all parts for reassembly, disassembled and deburred then repeated the process of match drilling and final drilling for the other end of the WD-012106-1 Rudder Pedals per figure 2 page 28iS/U-03.
