Dimpled #40 the nutplate attach holes in 2 F-01267A-1 per Figure 1 page 21iS/U-09. Machine countersunk #40 the nutplate attach holes in 2 F-01267B-1. Using 2 AN426AD3-3 rivets each attached two K1000-08D nutplates to each F-01267A-1 and Using 2 CCR264SS-3-2 rivets each attached two K1000-08 nutplates to each F-01267B-1.
Riveted one each of F-01267A-1 & B-1 to the Flaperon Mixer Bracket/Seat Rib Assembly and to Rib #2 using LP4-3 rivets per figure 2 same page. Riveted the remaining F-01267A-1 7 B-1 to the Pulley Bracket/Seat Rib Assembly and to Rib #7 using LP4-3 per figure 3 same page.
Dimpled #30 the four holes in the aft flanges in both F-01225-L-1 & -R-1 per figure 1 page 21iS/U-10. Dimpled #30 and #40 the holes around the access panel openings and along the forward and inboard edges in both F-01225-L-1 & -R-1 per same figure and enclosed by borderlines in figure. Riveted 10 K1000-08D nutplates using 2 each AN426AD3-3 rivets to both F-01225-L-1 and to F-01225-R-1 per same figure.
Separated F-1253 into -L and -R parts, filed and deburred.
Riveted F-01225-L-1 to the #1 Rib and Flaperon Mixer Bracket/Seat Rib Assembly using LP4-3 Rivets and excluding the one hole called out in figure 3 page 21iS/U-10. Riveted 4 K1000-08D nutplates using AN426AD3-3.5 rivets to the Flaperon Mixer Bracket/Seat Rib Assembly and to the F-01225-L-1 Seat Floor. Riveted 1 MS21051L08 nutplate using AN426AD3-3 rivets to the #4 rib andF-01225-L-1 Seat Floor. Riveted F-1253-L to the bottom of the F-01225-L-1 using LP4-3 rivets excluding the two holes called out in figure 3 same page.
