Machine countersunk #40 the nutplate rivet holes in the F-01204-1 bulkhead per Figure 1 reference page call outs.
Install 2 K1000-08 nutplates on the F-01204-1 bulkhead same figure call outs using 2 each CCR264SS-3-2 Rivets and 1 K1000-3 nutplate with 2 each AN426AD3-4 rivets.
Machine countersunk #40 the nutplate rivet holes in F-01204F-L-1 & R-1 per Figure 2 same page and installed 1 each K1000-3 nutplates using 2 each AN426AD3-3 Rivets.
Final drilled #12 the two #30 holes in F-1204CL-R per the call out in Figure 3 same page.
Final drilled #12 the two #30 holes in the F-01204-1 Assembly per the call out in figure 4 same page.
Dimpled #30 the holes indicated in the tabs at the corners of F-01204D-1 as shown in Figure 1 page 20iS/U-03 detailed view.
Inserted two AN4 bolts into the 1/4 inch holes in F-01204D-1 as shown in same Figure and then rested the bottom surface of the F-01204-1 channel on the shanks of those two AN4 bolts per the same figure and clamped the F-01204D-1 to the F-01204-1 channel with spring clamps.
Place the F-01276-1 bottom skin on the work surface and placed the F-01204-1 over the F-01276-1 and clecoed the bottom flanges of both bulkheads to the skin. Using Figure 3 same page, loosened the clamps to allow the parts to realign with the F-01276-1 cleco'ed in place, then tightened the clamps to hold.
Match drilled #30 the F-01204-1 using the F-01204D-1 as a guide, did this starting at the center of the F-01204D-1 and continued outboard Cleco'ing each hole as I progessed.
Removed clecos and AN4 bolts from previous steps above and deburred all match drilled holes.
