Brief Description: Finish Right Nose Ribs and Wiring Harness
Cleco'ed and riveted four fwd and aft trimmed W-1208-L Nose Ribs without nutplates to the W-1206-R Spar Assembly attach angles still working outbd in.
Cleco'ed then riveted the fwd and aft trimmed W-1208-R Nose Rib to the W-1206-R Spar Assembly attach angles.
Cleco'ed then riveted the fwd and aft trimmed W-1208-L Nose Rib with attached nutplates to the W-1206-R Spar Assembly attach angles.
Cleco'ed then riveted the Right Stub Spar Assembly to the forward flanges of the W-1208-L and W-1208-R Nose Ribs as shown in Figure 1 page 15-07.
Insert 12 SB375-4 Snap Bushings 1 into each Nose Rib per same figure skipping the two most inboard for the next steps.
Attached 2 ES-00081 Standoffs to the most inboard W-1208 on the right wing per figure 4 page 16iS/U-03
Starting at the Wing Root, routed the WH-00033 Right Wing Harness through the W-1208 Nose Ribs as shown in Figure 1 and 2 page 16iS/U-03. Secured the ground ring terminals of the L6310 (GRN) and L216 (BLK) wing root grounds to the W-1208-R as shown in Figure 2 same page. Secured the Right Wing Root Connector to the ES-00081 standoffs per Figure 2 same page.
Cut a slit in the remain 2 SB375-4 Snap Bushings and installed them in the inboard most two W-1208 Nose Ribs around the harness wires.
