Brief Description: Finish Lower Skins and Time to Call Support
Cleco'ed the W-1202-L Mid Wing Skin to the wing skeleton per Figure 3 page 17-02 and riveted the mid skin to the wing skeleton leaving open the 1st holes aft of the leading edge and the holes for the W-1216B-L as seen in figure 2 page 17-03.
Flipped wing over and cleco'ed the W-1201-L, W-1202-L, & W-1203-L Skins to the skeleton using the open holes on the bottom and the top of the wing. Riveted the three skins to the skeleton as called out in Figure 1 page 17-03 and removed any remaining cleco's.
Connected the W-00035 line to the AOA Port SD-42-BLSF per the detailed view of figure 1 same page. Sealed the W-00035 to the AOA Port and the W-1202-L Inbd Wing Skin with RTV.
Cleco'ed the bottom flange of the two W-1216B-L Hinge Ribs to the W-1202-L & W-1203-L-1 Mid and Outbd Wing Skins and rivet using LP4-3 rivets. Inserted two W-1216 Hinge Bracket Assemblies through the openings in the W-1202-L & W-1203-L-1 Mid and Outbd Wing Skins. Cleco'ed the assemblies into the W-1210-R Main Ribs per figure 2 same page. Riveted the hinge ribs to the Hinge Bracket Assemblies, main ribs, and Rear Spar Assembly per figure 2.
While inspecting all rivets from the bottom skins, I identifed one rivet that did not catch the flange properly so I drilled it out. But when drilling it out the drill slipped and over enlarged the holes. Pictures were sent to Van's Support and the repair is entered at a later date in these logs.
