Marked and separated F-1284-L&R Shear Clips. Marked and separated the F-1211C-L&R Hinge Brackets.
Riveted the F-1211D Attach Brackets per Figure 1 page 10iS/U-04. Deburred the 1/4 inch holes per call-outs and installed the TFI-0304-04 Bushings per same figure.
Fluted the F-1211A Fuselage Bulkhead at call outs in figure 2 same page.
Primed facing parts of the Fuselage Bulkhead and Bulkhead Doubler using Aviation Primer Zinc Phosphate.
Cleco'ed the F-1211B Bulkhead Doubler to the F-1211A Fuselage Bulkhead as shown in figure 2. Cleco'ed the F-1211G Tail Skid Bracket to the F-1211A Fuselage Bulkhead as showing in figure 2 and clamped the skid bracket in place.
Match Drilled #30 holes through Doubler into the skid bracket. Removed Tail Skid Bracket and deburred holes.
Final Drilled #12 the 3/16 holes called out in figure 2. Disassembled and deburred and cleaned all chips.
Cleco'ed the F-1211B Bulkhead Doubler to the F-1211A Fuselage Bulkhead.
Skipped step 7 for tomorrow Riveted all of the AN470AD4-4 to secure the Doubler and Bulkhead.
