Brief Description: Completed Vertical Stabalizer Section Six
Complete Forward Skin preparation and main skin preparation. Final Drilled #19 holes and deburred. Dimpled #19 holes and 3/32 nut plate holes. Dimpled nut plates and attached nut plates to main skin using AN426AD3-3.5 flush rivets. Cleco'ed skin to V-Stab Skeleton Sub Assembly, verified aligned and fit of skin to ribs. Cleco'ed both sides. Riveted skin to skeleton LP4-3 Typical Rivets removing clecos. Attached VS-1204 Forward Skin to the vertical stabalizer assembly. Assembled using AN507C832R8 flat head screws. Attached Upper Hinge Assembly to vertical stabalizer using 4x AN3-5A Bolts and 4x AN960-10, and 4x AN960-10L. Wired Lower Hinge Assembly to the vertical stabalizer assembly with hardware AN3-5A Bolts (4x) and AN960-10L (4x) for later attachment.
